Monk Rum flavour is a unique blend of the country's loved and famed rum. The balanced rich aroma of fine rum with smokey character makes it ideal for use in chocolates, rich cakes and plum-cakes.
Ossoro recommends using 0.5 ml or 10 drops per kg of dough base. This product is 100% vegetarian, contains no preservatives and is free from spirit.
