Returns and Refund Policy

We have a 30- Day return policy , which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Refund is available incase product is defective or wrong product delivered  .

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too., lf more than 15 business days have passed since we`ve approved your return, please contact us at aavarnambyrenu@yahoo.com

To be eligible for a Exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

There are certain situations where exchange of product is not available  (if applicable) 
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or message to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the same. 
If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed,(Please note : Exchange is provided on product value only .Shipping charges paid by the customer are not refunded or included in exchanged product value.)

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be exchanged , unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged .

Shipping 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
