This German classic conceptualized in the 16th century is certainly a favourite even today. Layers of chocolate sponge laced with succulent cherries and whipped cream can be recreated in your kitchen with Ossoro’s rich Black Forest flavour.

Ossoro recommends using 1.5-2 ml of flavour per kilo of dough. Each ml measures approximately 20 drops of the essence. This product is 100% vegetarian, contains no preservatives and is free from spirit.
