First Lets Start With Batter Ingredients For Half Kg Cake

  1. Maida - 1 1/4 Cup
  2. Cocoa Powder - 2 Tbsp
  3. Sugar - 3/4 Cup
  4. Egg - 2 Pcs
  5. Refined Oil - 1/4 Cup ( 60 ML)
  6. Milk - 1/2 Cup (110 ML)
  7. Vanilla Essence/Flavour - 1 Tsp
  8. Baking Powder - 1 Tsp
  9. Baking Soda - 1/2 Tsp

Step 1

Mix - 2 Eggs , 3/4 Cup Sugar ,1 Tsp Vanilla Essence Together.

Step 2

Put 1/4 Cup Refined Oil , 1/2 Cup Boiled Milk , Stir them well and put 1 1/4 Cup of Maida and add 2 Tbsp Cocoa Powder ,1 Tsp Baking Powder & 1/2 Tsp Baking Soda , Stir all the ingredients and Batter is ready.

Step 3

Grease the Cake Tin With Oil/Butter and Pour the Batter in It.

TIPS : Things To Keep In Mind To Bake A Perfect Cake And Prevent It From Cracking

  • Avoid Excess Batter In Tin
  • Do Not Use Excess Baking Powder and Baking Soda In Batter.
  • Avoid Baking Cake At High Temperature ( Above 180 Degrees)  and Not Pre- heating the oven before baking. 
  • Don't Bake for longer time say 45 minutes or so .

Step 4

Pre-heat the oven at 180 Degrees, And Bake the cake at 180 Degrees for 20 Minutes.
